We offer free express delivery in Australia for all orders.

Although we hope you love all your items from Monte & Lou, we have an easy online returns process if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
All items purchased in-store must be returned to our Monte & Lou Flagship store in Avalon Beach for a store credit. 
If you purchased a Monte & Lou item from one of our many stockists we suggest you contact the stockist's customer service team to assist with a return request.
