Free Delivery in Australia

We offer free delivery in Australia for all orders.

Orders are delivered using the Australia Post network (2-8 business days).

Express delivery is available for $6, and is delivered using the Australia Post express network (1-4 business days).

Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Flat Rate International Delivery

For orders to New Zealand, delivery is a flat rate of AUD $25.

For orders to North America and Europe, shipping is a flat rate of AUD $50.

Please provide your mobile number during checkout to receive timely shipping notifications and updates via text message. Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

Note: Delivery to the USA is currently unavailable due to changes in international duties collection. We are working to restore this option shortly.

Tracking your Delivery

Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Monte & Lou, you are responsible for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.
