Maya Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.  

  1. The promoter is Monte and Lou (“Promoter”). For any questions relating to this giveaway, please contact contact@monteandlou.com 

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and agencies associated with the Promoter are ineligible to enter.  

  1. The giveaway commences at 9:00am AEST on 22 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 28 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).  

  1. To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period: 
    • Follow the Promoter’s Instagram account 
    • Like the giveaway post 
    • Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post  

  1. Bonus entries may be awarded to participants who share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tag the Promoter. Participants must ensure their account is public at the time of entry for story shares to be visible. Story shares from private accounts may not be counted unless proof of share is provided to the Promoter.  

  1. Multiple entries are permitted. Each additional tagged comment counts as a new entry, provided each tagged account is a different real person and not a duplicate, fake, spam, bot, business, or celebrity account.  

  1. Entrants must remain following the Promoter’s Instagram account at the time of the draw and winner selection to be eligible.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, offensive, incomplete, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.  

  1. The prize consists of one (1) AUD $350 voucher to spend on the Promoter’s Maya print collection. The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will not be refunded. Shipping costs, if applicable, are not included unless otherwise stated by the Promoter. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.  

  1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place on 29 May 2026.  

  1. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by the Promoter within 2 business days of the draw. The Promoter may also announce the winner publicly via Instagram Stories or feed content.  

  1. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.  

  1. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their first name, Instagram handle, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.  

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram By entering, entrants completely release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this promotion.  

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction, delay, lost or misdirected entry, platform outage, or any other issue outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control that may affect participation in the giveaway or delivery of the prize.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.  

  1. Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used solely for the administration of the giveaway.  

  1. Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to their participation in this promotion.
