As a part of our #HOLIDAYATHOME series, we spoke to our amazing caterer @foodbyhelenk about her go-to gourmet dish that is quick and easy to make. Helen is our favourite caterer for photo shoots and events and now we can all enjoy her fabulous cooking in the comfort of our own home!
